     It features long narrow fairways and undulating greens that are protected by very large snow white sand bunkers. Playacar is located on the southern end of Playa del Carmen and is a must for the golfer who needs a challenge.

     It features what might well be one of the toughest golf holes anyone will ever play! If the wind is blowing, the #16, 469 yard, par 4, uphill, into the wind with jungle left and right is quite a challenge and 5 on this hole is a very good score. You may want to bring extra balls. The panoramas are breathtaking! Mayan ruins and natural limestone sinkholes called "Cenotes" can be found all over the course. Advanced players will love this course!
