Following
is a chart and description of rental information in effect through March 31,
2002.

These prices include the services of cleaning,
electricity, gas, water, security, and taxes.
Prices are for up to four persons (two persons for each bedroom).
Additional persons will be charged $10.00 per night with use of a folding
bed or hammock. You have the option
of renting only one bedroom (1 or 2 persons)
at 50% of the above listed
prices with the understanding that the other bedroom may be rented at any time.
A further option is to rent the entire house by month without services of cleaning, electricity, and 24 hour a day security at a price of $900.00 U.S. D. Rental would need to be a minimum of three months with a deposit of one month in cash or a signed credit card voucher.
